• HLST SHORT COURSE BANQUET: March 16, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.  DETAILS
   

• Records fell during Short Course State Championship! (results)
   

• The Long Course season will begin on April 12, and we will be keeping the same schedule we are using right now until the end of the school year.
   

• We will be having a fun day for all swimmers next Tuesday, March 9 at the Carroll College pool.  Older swimmers (12 and over) will swim from 5:00-5:45 pm and younger swimmers (11 and under) will swim from 5:45-6:30 pm. 
   

• Last day of practice for the season was Thursday, March 4. Kirk would like to thank everyone for making this a great season of swimming for the Lions! 
   

• Junior BC Championship had some GREAT swims! (Results)
   

• The Hampton Inn Helena has just become a sponsor of the Helena Lions!!
   

• HLST needs swim officials (the people wearing white at meets)!!!  With minimal study time and a meet or two with an expert official, you could become an official and help our team out.  In addition, you have a great location from which to watch a swim meet and can possibly deduct expenses! Contact a board member if you are interested.
